Salesforce.com is transforming the industry and the Partner Account Manager is responsible for leading this change with responsibility for leading the development of a defined set of regional partnersRole Description: The Partner Account Manager (PAM) will be responsible to orchestrate the partner ecosystem for the Commercial Business Unit (250-3000 Employee customers) and will work in close alignment with the sales teams for driving pipeline. In this role, the partner ecosystem consists of our Regional System Integrators, Strategic System Integrators and Agencies.The Partner Account Manager build a solid Business plan with the Partners to achieve the mutual business plan goals by driving and maximize Capacity, Capability and customer success their territory. He build a go-to-market plan with any given partner in close alignment with sales and will be responsible for a governance model. The PAM is also responsible to identify and recruit new partners to support our growth in the region.He or she will drive account planning with selected partners and drive demand generation and thus pipeline by additionally identifying and owning campaigns, events etc. Here, he/ she will work hand in hand with Sales Partner Programs and Marketing.The Partner Account Manager will thus be responsible for partner- and pipeline growth in Commercial Business.Key goals of the role are:

  • Have key GTM partners defined

  • Set up of joint go to customer / go to market business plans incl. Joint Account Plans for Key Accounts

  • Generate pipe with and through partners

  • Lead Marketing Demand activities with PartnersLeverage Partner assets

  • Ensure Partner Enablement according to the market needs

  • Ensure Partner Capacity according to the market and Salesforce demand

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Partner Management experience

  • Sales Business experience

  • Sales or consulting practice background helpful

  • Proven track record in Partner Sales

  • Strong network/references on Swiss Small & Medium Software partners

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluent in German, English and French
