Job Details

We are looking for a strong technical developer/advisor/innovator to join the Executive Thought Leadership team. The ETL team consists of entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, designers, and technologists with a deep understanding of human-centered design and product development, and a bold vision for the future. Armed with these core innovation talents, we create points-of-views across a variety of topics to guide our customers on their transformation journeys. As part of the technology team, your responsibilities are more than just coding. We want your help in planning and building the tools that enable our whole team to succeed; crafting prototypes to demonstrate the of art-of-the-possible; being a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders; attending conferences to keep abreast of emerging trends. You're pushing the Salesforce platform to the limits, but you're also free to pull in other technologies and platforms to deliver experiences users love. You will be a leader too, bringing new ideas to the table, being able to explain it to both technical and business audiences, and having a tangible plan for execution. We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow instructions: we want you to take the initiative in problem solving, but also informing the team on cool things that cross your radar. We want you in our design sessions to help sketch out user flows; and even to get in front of a customer executive, and explain how you would help transform their company. Finally, we're looking for someone who's fun with an innate curiosity; we all strive to get the job done, but there are many ways to get there!
