Salesforce Commerce Cloud is expanding its Japan operation and seeking a Sales Executive who will cover Osaka area in Japan.Reporting into the Regional Vice President of Commerce Cloud Japan, the Sales Executive will be driving revenue growth while leading a cross functional team of customer facing roles.Responsibilities- Achieving Sales targets from within the Japan Region- Supporting & Co selling with key partners which that may include digital agencies, systems integrators, fulfillment/logistics providers, etc.- Assisting in the Marketing and development of the Demandware brand in Japan- Recruiting a regional team including sales, marketing and various technical skillsets- Direct, manage and lead the strategy of other sales team members, company resources, and partners throughout the sales cycle.- Excellent ability to properly qualify projects to maximize an efficient sales cycle.- Accurately forecast and close recognizable retail brands to exceed customer acquisition goals.- Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations.- Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of customer requirements and needs.QualificationsDesired Experience & Attributes:- 7+ years of Enterprise Software Sales & management experience- Proficiency in direct and channel based sales cycles- Successful in establishing a performance based culture- Experience Selling cloud based or Software as a Service (SAAS)- Experience with sales of enterprise retail or digital marketing solutions- Experience selling to line of business stakeholders (CMO, Head of Digital, CIO)- Capable of exercising strong leadership and simultaneously being a hands-on team player- Possess a strong network of executive-level contacts in the Japan e-commerce market.- Achieved quota attainment in the last 4 out 5 years*LI-Y
