We are looking for an enthusiastic and technical solution engineer with a high level of coding abilities to find, manage, document and communicate solutions and best practices to our evolving Datorama developer community of clients and partners. You will work closely with the Product and R&D teams to deliver solutions and tools to our clients and dev partners while we build the solutions Eco-system and Marketplace based on Datorama tools.
This role requires great self-management and organization capabilities, extremely high technical knowledge, basic coding skills, and great communication skills. This is a very “start-up” position, requires you to be flexible, Agile and eager to learn and do more.
Provide solutions and technical reviews to Datorama evolving developer community of clients and development partners through tickets, community posts and meetings.
Take partners through the technical aspects of submitting Apps and Connectors to Datorama Marketplace
Analyze, communicate and monitor API releases and breaking changes.
Build internal tools in order to moderate different workflows for our clients, partners and internal users
Work proactively to build tools, code samples and best practices for developers using Datorama tools
Coordinate with R&D and Product teams regarding developer’s problems or feature requests.
At least 1, years of experience with technical support or other technical client facing role
Proficiency in SQL
Great attention to details

Fast learner, eager to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Datorama knowledge - a huge advantage
Experience working with BI platforms – advantage
