See yourself in our team:
Manage, enable and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. They generate new business opportunities to fuel different business units pipeline by conducting strategic research and cold calling. You will play a key role partnering with our field counterparts while developing and motivating inside sales professionals to achieves individual, team and organisational quotas.
Own the hiring, training and managing of a team of Business Development Representatives
Develop reps into sales-ready candidates for future MuleSoft Field positions
Reporting on sales activity and forecast to sales management
Partner with other sales leaders on key strategy for the X region
Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
5+ years of professional experience and/or 2+ year of management experience. Management experience preferred.
Consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations.
Proven ability to analyse and synthesise sales data to optimise sales funnel
Proven experience successfully leading/motivating people to achieve performance goals
Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Experience thriving in a very fast paced environment
Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
Bachelor’s degree preferred
