Salesforce is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic marketing operations leader to head up our Marketing Operations across the Asia Pacific region. This newly created role will require you to own the end-to-end execution of our Marketing Operations process & strategy. This is a hands-on role responsible for APAC marketing planning, operational execution & the analytics required to support the Salesforce APAC Marketing team .To succeed in this role, you'll also see yourself as an entrepreneur who can approach operational problems with creativity. It will also be clear you love being immersed in data & know how to drive strategy with data lead decisions. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop top talent, our team of Marketing operations & analytics professionals who will support you to achieve your team goals.

  • Planning - Process, Strategy & Analytics

  • Budget Management

  • Marketing Performance reporting including Sales Pipeline & Sales funnel

  • Online Reporting

  • Campaign Reporting

  • Preparation of Targets, Tracking of Actuals, Gap Analysis & Investment business cases

  • Marketing & performance analysis & presentations (slide & email based) that deliver insight & guide APAC Strategy

  • Performance Review sessions that drive decision making

  • Collaboration across Global MarkOps, Strategic Planning & Sales Strategy

KPI’s include but are not limited by the following within region:

  • Consistent, timely and quality weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, analysis and insights;

  • Key metrics in situ and agreed with all stakeholders;

  • RoI measures in place for all relevant marketing programs/activities;

  • 360 degree reviews from key stakeholders;

About you:

Marketing Operations Experience: The candidate must be able to demonstrate prior experience with Marketing Operations environment. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to use software tools to find & analysis the data required to make data lead decisions. You should show you are hands on. In this role you will need to be able to do they work, & not simply delegate.Analytics & Reporting: Demonstrate the skills to find, analyse & report on data beyond just “reporting the numbers”. Through your presentations, you should be able to tell the story of the numbers & drive strategy from that insight.Ability to cope with change: You’ll love working in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to adapt to both a changing internal and external environment and effectively adjusts priorities to optimize outcomes.Initiative: Is a self-starter. Can work independently or collaboratively to optimize business and team outcomes. Is infectious with their energy and is an inspirational self-starter. Sets own goals and manage themselves and teams to these. Does not wait to be asked!Salesforce Content/Skills/Experience: Knowledge of Salesforce industry, products, messaging, priorities and competitive environment. 15+ years Marketing experience with over 5+ in a Marketing Operations environment.
