Job Title: Director, Mulesoft Corporate Sales Strategy Job Description: The Mulesoft APAC Corporate Sales Strategy Director role features a mix of strategic planning, business analysis, sales optimization and business operations. This is an excellent transition role in to the high tech industry for a senior-level individual at a top consulting firm or an experienced sales operations professional with exceptional business acumen. Deliverables take the form of recommendations on go-to-market plans, segmentation, sales coverage and investment prioritization. Operationally, the focus is on business performance trend analysis, pipeline and demand generation initiatives and formulation of actionable recommendations. The successful candidate will regularly brief executives and own various cross-functional initiatives. What’s In It For You

  • Design and implement the sales coverage model for APAC Mulesoft Corporate Sales

  • Analyze the health of the business and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making and investment

  • Own the annual and long range sales planning process

  • Work cross-functionally to assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new geographies, products and market segments.

  • Drive rigorous sales execution and oversight, ensuring accurate forecasts and total transparency

  • Build executive presentations, crafting the messages of Sales

  • Design and interpret key performance metrics, and craft plans to address pronounced weakness

  • Identify untapped market potential; design and implement sales plans to capture it

    Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience in sales operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams,

  • Experience working in the Asia Pacific Market

  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations

  • Very strong executive presence and engagement skills

  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills

  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency

  • Facility with financial modeling and tools such as Excel, databases, Business Objects, etc.

  • Assertiveness, directness, and a “company first” mentality

  • BS/BA required

Preferred Qualifications MBA preferred, but not required
