Salesforce Einstein Analytics is seeking a VP of Product Management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products in SaaS or another highly technical industry from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. The person filling this role will be leading the AI powered analytics track (Einstein Discovery) and will be instrumental in guiding the future of AI Augmented Analytics.Salesforce Einstein Analytics is one of the fastest growing businesses in Salesforce and has disrupted the Analytics market by bringing AI augmented analytics to every business user. As VP of Product Management, you will be one of the most public faces of Einstein Analytics and help shape, direct and execute our product vision. You’ll be challenged to blend customer-centric principles with industry-changing innovation. You will work directly with the General Manager, as well as the rest of the product, engineering, ,design, and product marketing teams, to create experiences that reinforce the Salesforce brand by delighting and wowing our customers.Responsibilities:
Own the product vision & roadmap, driving critical capabilities from concept to customer.
Responsible for the end to end product life cycle. This includes: market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success.
Work very closely with engineering, user experience, documentation and other product teams to execute on the Einstein Analytics roadmap
Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define product roadmap.
Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.
Develop and drive our strategy extending Einstein Analytics with key ISV and SI partners.
Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, feed that information back into our development process, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
Represent Einstein Analytics as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites and social media.

Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Prior experience building ML/AI based products
5+ years prior experience in the Analytics product/market with deep understanding of Analytics market and in particular Business Intelligence tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)
8+ years of Sr./VP of Product Management or applicable experience
Prior entrepreneurial experience, especially building product and GTM strategy is preferred
Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations
Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
Proven success working with product, sales, channel, marketing and operations functions in a product/technology organization
Proven networking skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility and create confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues
Proven ability to lead through influence and drive successful projects and programs across a complex organization with many stakeholders
Independently capable of driving day-to-day activities with minimal management consultation
Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products
Experience using agile methodologies to deliver products and technologies is a huge plus
Ability to drive alignments on priorities with senior management
Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed
Ability to create compelling demos for internal and external use.
