The Global Enablement technology team is looking for a UX Design Lead, passionate about solving complex business problems in order to create intuitive experiences, to join our team as an individual contributor. You will be responsible for conducting research, usability testing, running demos, and prototypes to support multiple, interdependent business processes of the Global Enablement organization. You are responsible for representing and advocating for the user experience on all applications and processes in the Global Enablement organization.


  • You will lead research sessions and maintain and prioritize feedback from end users and stakeholders* You'll help launch multiple intuitive user experiences for the Global Enablement business* You'll make partnerships with any other teams contributing towards the launch of your applications* You'll provide hands-on expert consultation to your team members, including developers, support staff on technical issues* You'll design and implement UX and operational best practices* You'll serve as a subject matter expert for all UX problems that surface* You're able to support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously* You're able to articulate complex matters in easy to understand, business facing terms* You have strong communication and presentation skills* You'll derive insights based on research, data and analytics from your tests and demos to further optimize our user interfaces* You demonstrate leadership and business acumen by anticipating business needs and are able to respond with alternative solutions when business priorities change

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Research or Related Field* 3-5 years of UX Design and Research experience* 3+ years in a technical or functional project lead role* Familiarity with Salesforce products * Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities* Experience presenting to senior-level leadership or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)* Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of business solutions (CRM implementation experience a big plus)* Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certification* CRM Experience* Proficiency in scheduling and conducting research sessions independently * Experience with business process mapping/design* Scrum Master Certification or familiarity with Agile principles or experience working on Scrum teams
