Quip's mission is to build a new class of productivity tools that every person at every company enjoys using each day. We're looking for a seasoned product analyst who can surface actionable insights that transform our product. This role will primarily focus on informing product strategy and development by deriving insights from our data and presenting them to key stakeholders.The technical project manager will assist in helping the largest organizations in the world deploy Quip to their employees, customers, and partners. You'll partner with cross-functional teams like engineering, product, and design to help our largest customers deploy and maintain complex integrations with Quip. Enable business change through management of complex, ambiguous programs that span across multiple teams and organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Quip to Fortune 100 companies, ensuring that they see and realize the value that Quip brings to their enterprises

  • Manage the vision, scope and success criteria for deployments while ensuring alignment of vision, objectives, outcomes, and expectations

  • Identify, report and manage risks, assumptions, and mitigations at the delivery level for programs/methods/efforts

  • Responsible for developing and executing deployments at a programmatic level:

  • Swim lanes and intermediary milestones

  • Communications model to stakeholders

  • Status reporting

Requirements

  • Experience managing large, complex initiatives and projects from initiation to completion

  • Experience overcoming the difficulties of managing projects with remote and global team members

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Experience and/or credentialing in project management methodologies (PMM)

  • 5+ years of software Project Management or Scrum Master experience, working cross functionally within an engineering organization

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce development a strong plus

  • Familiarity with SCIM, SSO, SAML or similar
