Service CloudThis role will focus on the Service Console - our core product area for Service Cloud that empowers customer support agents to respond to customer issues efficiently and effectively. You will be advocating for the needs of various users focused on customer support, such as customer support agents, team supervisors, and system administrators who set up the tools and processes. Your research insights will help the product teams build the right tools for the right people.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to identify and scope research questions

  • Organize and conduct user research activities that lead to better products

  • Communicate research insights to cross-functional teams

  • Own and drive research initiatives from the start of your internship to demonstrate a tangible impact on Salesforce UX

  • Evangelize best practices for achieving User Centered Design within agile development teams

Requirements

  • In the process of completing a Master's degree in the area of Cognitive, Behavioral, Experimental or Industrial Psychology, Human Factors, or Human Computer Interaction (HCI), School of Information

  • Working knowledge of user research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, cognitive walkthroughs, contextual inquiry)

  • Familiarity with basic statistical methods concepts and methods

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

  • Interest in working in a fast paced environment

  • Desire to achieve innovation
