In order to scale and stay true to our unique culture, we are looking to innovate our content for newly hired and acquired employees. The Visual Content Intern will be responsible for producing creative and evergreen self-serve content to be shared in onboarding communications and on internal microsites. Assets include short, animated videos, infographics, and gifs. The intern will lead all phases of production, from pre- to post-production with ongoing guidance and support from key stakeholders. For certain assets, the intern will need to gather content by interviewing subject matter experts across the company.YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES):Collaborate with the Employee Success team to plan and produce content that will optimize onboarding for newly hired and acquired employees, plus prospective employees.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A creative with editorial storytelling skills
Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and format requirements
Proficiency with video editing software (i.e., Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Lightworks)
Input music, dialogues, motion graphics, and effects
User experience a plus
Typography, a plus
Ability to build relationships across team and collaborate with stakeholders
Experience shooting with iPhone
