We are looking for a talented, self-directed individual who is passionate about Business Systems Analysis and Revenue, Finance and Employee Success business processes to join our Enterprise Systems team. The Enterprise Systems team develops, implements and supports technology solutions to support the complex and varied needs of all Salesforce.org business teams. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work closely with the Product Manager - Revenue, Finance and Employee Success to understand and document complex business processes and value impact of new solutions. This position will also work with the technology team to develop and test potential solutions and review with business stakeholders. Work may include story mapping, user story and acceptance criteria writing, drafting of test scenarios and UAT coordination. Salesforce.org is a fast-paced environment and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high-quality work.
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will report to the Director of Finance and Operations and be a key member of a growing, innovative, and distributed technology team focused on delivering an excellent user experience.
The position is located in San Francisco.

Work with key business stakeholders to document and validate business objectives and requirements.
Serve as first level of support for business users. Triage support cases, document acceptance criteria and assign to technical team members.
Manage communications and coordinate discussions between Product Managers and business stakeholders.
Work closely with Product Manager to translate and clarify business requirements for technical team.
Participate as an active member of the team on solution design. Share end-user perspective in discussions with Product Managers, Engineers and Admins.
Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders) and sign-off.
Manage Workday release plan and regression testing.
Create and coordinate sharing of business requirements and technical documentation
Provide training to key business stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical audiences
Comfortable working in a dynamic team managing a diverse portfolio of products and ongoing concurrent projects
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Able to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
Minimum 2 years working in a Business Systems Analyst role engaged with a technology implementation team
Experience supporting / engaging with finance, accounting and/or revenue operations teams
Experience working with and supporting Accounting, Procurement, Revenue/Billing and Payments systems.
Experience supporting and designing Accounting, Procurement, Revenue/Billing and Payments integrations.
Experience and exposure working with Workday platform.
Strong Proficiency with tools and applications commonly used in systems analysis, including process-flow modeling and systems design methodologies.
