We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to drive our sourcing process, strategy, and reporting for the recruiting organization. This individual will work directly with Recruiting leadership team to understand the organization’s talent needs. You will lead, manage, inspire and motivate a team of Sourcers to deliver against recruiting goals and drive both short and long-term initiatives. The ideal candidate is innovative and creative, and will develop ways to scale the sourcing organization. This critical role in the organization will ensure growth metrics and goals are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Recruiting Leadership to understand the talent segments and ideal profiles associated with their organizations. Understand long and short term hiring goals within the organization

  • Drive team to evaluate candidates based on a talent segment versus an individual role

  • Own weekly and quarterly reporting on team productivity, major initiatives and areas of opportunities. Continuously evaluate and evolve metrics and measures for the team

  • Drive continued training for the team, and the teams’ supported by Sourcing, on processes, metrics, best practices, talent segments, etc

  • Drive efficiencies and optimize the talent on the team by evaluating the overall sourcing process, tools, etc. What else can we do, where are the challenges, how can we improve the process?

  • Creative thinking around future strategy and evolution of the team

  • Provide consultation and make proactive recommendations to sourcers, recruiters, and recruiting leaders on strategy, workload balancing, team alignments, etc

  • Mentor, guide, and coach the team to further their individual skill sets

  • Develop and support career development plans for direct reports meeting the needs of the employee & Salesforce

  • Managing or participating in special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with strong track record of outbound sourcing success

  • 1+ years of full desk recruiting experience preferred

  • Strong operational experience in reporting and data analysis to drive strategy

  • Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to key Executives to establish credibility and build trust

  • Ability to solicit, analyze and leverage data to accurately forecast performance

  • Results-driven individual with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
