Role: Senior Treasury Analyst – Foreign Exchange

The role will require close participation in other critical Treasury initiatives that also require a deep understanding of foreign exchange and a good understanding of capital markets and investments. The Senior Treasury Analyst - FX will be charged with managing the daily FX hedging operations, supporting exposure analysis, and building monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc reports. They will also work on exciting projects to build out strategic infrastructure to support the amazing growth has experienced over the years.Responsibilities:

  • Run the Company’s daily FX hedging program (trading, settlement, reporting)

  • Work with accounting team to ensure proper and timely accounting for foreign currency and other financial risk related transactions

  • Support international cash management efforts, including intercompany netting/triangulation arrangements and FX related settlements

  • Perform detailed analysis of all foreign currency exposures and develop recommendations for minimizing FX impacts through natural hedging and other strategies

  • Partner with and help provide suggestions and recommendations on complex hedging strategies/issues to Tax team, FP&A, Accounting and other finance functions as well as businesses on areas related to tax planning, foreign exchange, risk management and treasury solutions.

  • Monitor counterparty risk and build sophisticated models that capture this risk effectively

  • Help support the Company’s investments and cash flow forcasting programs when needed

  • FX accounting and regulatory compliance: prepare month end journal entries, draft 10Q and 10K schedules, audit schedules, quarterly compliance reporting, year-end tax reports

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly FX management reporting for presentation to Senior Management

  • Assist in compliance with regulatory requirements (DF, EMIR), SOX 404 controls, maintain records and provide test data as requested

  • Keep on top of current market trends and industry developments to help the Company navigate dynamic FX markets landscape

  • Work on strategic projects to build out FX risk management infrastructure

  • Implement best practices and drive process improvement/automation

  • Handle ad-hoc Treasury projects and presentationsExperience/Skills Required:

  • 4+ years of related finance work experience, including 2+ years of Treasury/Foreign Exchange related work

  • Bachelor's Degree, or above, in a quantitative field

  • Solid understanding of Global FX & Capital Markets

  • Superb analytical/modeling skills and attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of GAAP, Corporate FP&A and Economics principals

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Keen knowledge of Bloomberg interface and executing trades via FXall or 360T

  • Comfortable using Oracle/Hyperion/Smartview

  • Reasonable understanding of FX and Investments related accounting (i.e. ASC 815, ASC 820, ASC 830, ASC 320)

  • Team player; knows how to have fun while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Ability to run with projects and come up with creative solutions

  • Strong desire to develop professionally and push boundaries

Experience/Skills Desired:

  • CPA, CFA or CTP designations are definitely a plus

  • Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in a finance relevant field

  • Multi-national and/or banking experience is highly desirable

  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced/deadline oriented environment
