Ready to find your #dreamjob?About this position:The Finance & Strategy (F&S) organization is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Finance. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance, Global Business Partnering, and will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting and management reporting processes for the EVP, Strategic Business Operations and Customer & Partner Engagement. This is a high profile role whose primary responsibility is to be the trusted advisor for the Executive leading this function. This person will also drive streamlined reporting and ad hoc analysis to provide greater insights impacting our internal/external stakeholders including co-CEO.


+ + Primary Finance business partner for EVP, Strategic Business Operations and Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Manage Finance team of 7 which comprise Global Sales Planning and Analytics along with supporting several Sales Operation groups including Industries & Partners

  • Lead the Sales annual and long range strategic plan process in conjunction with Sales Executive leadership and the regional Finance business partners

  • Manage the overall Global Sales close / forecast / outlook process for expenses and headcount, model business scenarios, and report on performance metrics used by our Executives and Sales leaders to make strategic decisions

  • Provide ad hoc analyses and key messages to Executives and Sales leadership on financial results, key business trends, and current and future business opportunities and risks

  • Partner with multiple functions across the globe including the Global Sales organization, Sales Strategy, Sales Compensation, Accounting, Recruiting, Regional Sales Finance, Corporate Finance and others to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency

  • Drive process improvement and standardization in partnership with other Finance Business Partners across the Distribution and Technology groups

  • Collaborate on innovative solutions to support the future of Finance

Required Skills/Experience:

+ + Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or related relevant areas

  • 10+ years of related experience, preferably in a leadership role within a Finance organization

  • Experience leading teams, serving as a mentor and coach to employees. Leading geographical dispersed teams is a plus

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to break down complex ideas and issues and communicate in simple terms to different levels of the organization

  • Ability to drive alignment on priorities with senior management

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Experience and understanding of the SaaS business model

  • Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed

Desired Skills/Experience:

+ + MBA or CPA preferred

  • Ability to influence at all levels of an organization

  • Relevant Experience in areas including: management reporting, process improvements, planning and forecasting processes, talent development
