Salesforce IT is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to join our Technology Enablement team. The Technology Enablement team collaborates with cross-functional teams at Salesforce to deliver amazing change management programs, ensuring that technology solutions roll out successfully and in a sustainable way.
As a Senior Lead for the team, you will be responsible for designing and managing dynamic enablement programs, acting as a trusted advisor to our business partners, and working to ensure program adoption goals are met. We are constantly evolving our internal technology ecosystem through IT innovation, business process/system transformations, and mergers and acquisitions. In this position, you will lead the strategy by which we make complex change easy for our internal teams. You will conduct impact analysis to develop your change management strategy and execute your plan across project teams and matrixed business owners, who are eager to make change happen. Your ability to flex the change plan will be paramount. You will partner with business owners to ensure operational success and enthuse end users to drive adoption. Key to this role is your ability to articulate value, inspire, and sell change management outcomes to senior leaders. As a trusted advisor and coach, you are the ultimate end user advocate that always considers the end user experience.
Lead complex change programs; including enterprise-wide transformational programs
Develop impact analyses for highly complex programs with large audiences
Create technology enablement strategy & plan
Manage technology enablement project teams comprised of both communications and training resources, ensuring the cohesive execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy
Determine the level of change difficulty and create plans to match the complexity of that change/project
Educate business partners about value of change management
Proactively identify and develop improvements to change management strategy & methodology
Partner closely with project teams and senior executives across the company
Build executive presentations and status reports
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of consulting experience
5+ years in change management, communications and training
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Change Management or Business Management. Master's preferred
Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide, transformational, and multi disciplinary change initiatives
Expert of change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting edge best practices
Mobilizes and leads large, complex cross functional technology project teams
Handles ambiguity in stride
