MuleSoft Training and Certification is a critical enabler of customer success by supporting product sales, enabling partners, driving customer adoption, and growing the ecosystem of individuals with MuleSoft skills. Effective, efficient, and engaging online, self-paced learning is a crucial part of this. We are looking for a Senior Manager to help drive the vision and implementation of our self-paced learning strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with MuleSoft’s existing online learning program, systems, format, and content

  • Review, analyze, and report on all program data and metrics regularly

  • Identify data gaps and design and implement ways to obtain that data

  • Drive short-term and long-term program, system, and format changes to increase student engagement, student satisfaction, content completion, and student certifications

  • Design and implement a comprehensive communication plan for interactions with students

  • Work closely with the team on identifying and prioritizing what content should be developed

  • Own the deployment and upkeep of the online content to the Learning Management System

  • Participate in the design and implementation of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new releases

Required experience / skills

  • 5+ years leading the implementation of innovative learning solutions in fast-paced environments

  • Proven track record devising and successfully implementing short-term and long-term strategies to achieve desired business outcomes

  • Ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget, while effectively communicating strategy, goals, and requirements with all stakeholders

  • Familiarity with one or more Learning Management Systems

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, especially with regards to written output

  • Ability to successfully collaborate with geographically distributed teams

  • Independent, creative, self-starter with the ability to be successful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desired skills / experience

  • Basic HTML and JavaScript

  • 2+ years leading the design and implementation of learning solutions for a highly technical audience including developers and/or architects

  • Technical background and experience to be able to be able to understand and use MuleSoft products

  • Experience with credentialing or badging systems

  • Familiarity with tools to create self-paced learning content

  • Experience with Salesforce and Trailhead
