Project Manager, Enablement-QuipInterested in working with tech sales and marketing teams? Quip’s Sales Enablement team is transforming how we sell Quip by delivering insight to our teams that ultimately transform how our customers do business. Our charter is to make the jobs of our sales team easier by improving sales productivity. Our programs are rapidly increasing in scale and complexity and cut across each of the field functions, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Account Development, Customer Success, Partners, and Services. Thus, we are looking for an empathetic, critical thinker who is highly organized and detail-oriented to lead execution of these programs.In this role, you will work directly with several internal and external teams, across multiple levels, to help drive the success of our programs.You can expect to:
+ + Execute enablement strategies (such as Brunch & Learns, Secret Menu Training sessions, webinars, kick-off education and more)
Develop relationships with Salesforce Enablement staff and sales teams & assist the Quip team in building their relationships
Work with product marketing team in Salesforce to onboard Highspot (or similar content management system)
Manage and over-see development of content and training materials to educate teams on the value and benefits of Quip
Serve as one of the primary contacts for team communications both internally in Quip and internally in Salesforce
Be responsible for ensuring the participant experience is high quality before, during and after enablement events
Work with key leaders in the business to improve processes related to program coordination and participation
Work with Customer Success to roll out appropriate customer programs at Salesforce
Manage holiday gift programs for Salesforce customers in 2019
Manage all internal communications to Salesforce for Spring, Summer and Winter releases and as needed
Responsible for creating Chatter communications to Core and working with other Quip enablement teams
Report on all programs and develop scorecard tracking methodology
What success looks like:
+ + Raise positive brand awareness within ALL departments in Salesforce as well as to enable the teams
Create enablement scorecard to track use of enablement materials, trainings, etc.
Increase Quip usage and understanding across departments
About You:
+ + Have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Are a quick learner and self-starter
Have strong writing skills
Excel at time management and managing multiple projects
Are comfortable with ambiguity and asking clarifying questions
Are the type of person who drives rigorous execution with high accuracy and solid attention to detail, even in a high-volume and dynamic environment
Have a desire to build a long-term career in Sales Enablement and see this as a great entry point
Required:
+ + BS/BA in Marketing, Journalism, Education, Communications or similar
5+ years of experience
You’ve done sales enablement or have experience designing educational programs
Have experience in sales and/or marketing
