Overview of FutureForce and role:As the first FutureForce PhD Recruiting Director, you’ll be building upon the FutureForce Program’s (University Recruiting) momentum and accelerating the Futureforce PhD footprint.You will be responsible for building and demonstrating analytics and metrics that track success and ROI of University Recruiting as a source of hire across the company while leveraging data to increase the scope and charter of the program to scale for massive growth.While working and strategizing with leaders, you will discuss how to incorporate and grow the FutureForce strategy into their overall workforce and succession planning strategies while proactively countering/addressing gaps left by attrition. You will determine how to proliferate the FutureForce brand externally across elite business and tech campuses, as well as internally, while harnessing executive alumni partnerships to build camaraderie and classmanship within incoming university new hires and alumnus. Manage PhD Recruiting strategy
Director will be expected to build relationships with hiring managers, directors and (S)VPs for all organizations within Salesforce.
Working closely with the Recruitment Management team.
Director will drive for results within the FutureForce timelines and processes.
Director will work with the team to create and implement creative strategies and solutions to attract talent in an ultra competitive talent segment across many countries and languages.
Director will embrace our winning as a team spirit and passion that makes our team effective and fun.
Director will collaborate with our global FutureForce management team to focus on optimisation, efficiency, brand and candidate experience so we can scale to meet the growing hiring needs of the company.
Proven managerial and leadership experience within graduate recruiting.
Must have experience of building university programs in emerging markets.
Deep understanding of the Cloud software landscape.
Must have experience in leading or building a university program and possess passion for the university recruiting space.
Strong analytic and reporting skills.
Excellent presentation and storytelling capability.
Ability to effectively influence up and down and build respected relationships.
