The team is responsible for managing and oversight of the performance of the salesforce.com application—and driving alignment across performance teams and engineering management. Driving the strategy for new and existing monitoring, alerting, and visualization tools so that service owners and performance teams can accurately gauge and swiftly act on performance metrics
Influencing through analysis, training on best practices and engagement across engineers, architects and engineering management
Evangelizing software architecture best practices, including supportability, scalability and performance
Continually expanding your knowledge of the company, its products, and our Salesforce organization so that you can lead the evolution of the organization’s services operating model
