Job Details: Partner Content & Communications Senior SpecialistLocation: San FranciscoWe're looking for a talented and passionate person to drive vision, messaging, awareness, and internal promotion strategies focused on our partner ecosystem. In this role, you'll help to transform how we communicate across Salesforce our partners' strengths & opportunities -- consultancies, ISVs, agencies, & resellers. You'll be responsible for driving our partner messaging, content creation, and delivery, all aligned to our Industries & Partners growth strategies and narrative.Leading a content-led strategy, you'll help us to create & showcase provocative, insightful materials around a focused set of customer- and sales-relevant issues, helping us to establish a clear voice across the company.The ideal candidate will be an experienced ‘connector’ working across several functional teams and comfortable interacting with various levels of the organization. You possess excellent relationship-building & communication skills, enjoying the responsibility of collaborating with key constituencies to generate efficiencies and enable teams to succeed. You're a self-starter who relishes operating in a fast-paced and competitive environment with a focus on team success.Responsibilities
Work with the Industries & Partners organization to help define the partner positioning
Create visionary and compelling internal and external presentations and other creative content focused on our partner ecosystem
Drive the creation of thought leadership content to evangelize our message
Manage campaigns around partner promotion, working closely with the partner, industry, sales, and enablement experts to ensure effective and ongoing relevancy for target audiences
Collaborate with partner program, technology, enablement, marketing, and strategy teams to distill key functionality and benefits into core messages
Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes about the value of our partners and partner initiatives
Develop effective materials that make it easy for sales to understand our partner solutions, capabilities, and key positioning
5+ years of experience in partner engagement, product or corporate marketing, or communications
Partner marketing or enablement experience a plus, though not required
Experience/familiarity with the customer engagement lifecycle, CRM, and Salesforce's Industries & Partners strategy
Hands-on ability to create a range of assets (including on-message stories and sharp, succinct slide pitch-decks)
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Able to create visually compelling presentations with crystal-clear messaging
Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to executive leadership and at different levels of management
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable metrics
Self-driven, exceptionally detail oriented, and able to manage large projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
Powerpoint and/or Apple Keynote ninja required
