Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic paralegal to join our Corporate and Securities legal team based in San Francisco. This position, Paralegal, Global Entities will report to the Senior Manager, Global Entities. Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Manager with international subsidiary corporate governance and compliance matters.

  • Maintain and organize records and database for international subsidiaries

  • Assist with subsidiary acquisition and integration

  • Coordinate filings with governmental agencies

  • Coordinate with external legal counsel worldwide to ensure local compliance on governance matters

  • Coordinate with internal clients (accounting, tax, treasury, business) to support compliance obligations and business needs.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree and excellent academic credentials

  • 3 or more years’ experience as a corporate paralegal or similar role, ideally with experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a public company

  • Experience in subsidiary corporate governance matters

  • Keen attention to detail and a very high standard for accuracy

  • A sound work ethic, efficient working style, and high level of organization. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure

  • Flexibility and intellectual curiosity; strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation; ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization

  • Sense of humor and high level of professionalism
