POSITION SUMMARYThe Program Coordinator is a key member of the Ohana Floor Culinary Team and is responsible for creating processes to coordinate, streamline and organize projects for the culinary team. This will include the planning, opening and operations of Ohana Floor Kitchens, as well as any culinary projects assigned to the team. The Project Coordinator will coordinate complex culinary projects and programs through all phases of initiation, design, implementation, start-up and operations. The Project Coordinator will meet regularly with internal business stakeholders, leaders, business partners and will work closely with culinary leadership. The Ohana Floor Project Coordinator must work cooperatively within Real Estate and Workplace Service as well as other Salesforce internal partners such as, but not limited to; communications, procurement, and security. Must be passionate about creating innovative work environments in a high growth company. The Ohana Floor Culinary Project Coordinator reports to the Executive Chef.
Ohana Floor Project Coordinator Job Duties:
Development and implementation of streamlined processes for managing projects as they relate to the Ohana Floor culinary team.
Develop and implement processes for tracking project cost. schedule, quality, risk, and communications.
Create systems for tracking costs as they relate to the opening of a project.
Develops and manages project schedules.
Monitors progress and quality of each project related to the culinary team.
Create systems for tracking costs as they relate to the operations of each project.
Assists with presentations to the Ohana and senior management.
Ensures that the culinary team submits all project needs on time.
Regularly communicates project updates and risks with projects teams, business partners, internal stakeholders and the Ohana Floor culinary teams.
Build processes for tracking data related to the culinary teams and their events.
Assist is developing a guest management system.
Working cooperatively with and ensures that team members work cooperatively with the appropriate internal partners in Purchasing, Security, IT, Legal, HR, Finance, Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications.
Ohana Floor Project Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
An excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Must exhibit initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.
Must be computer literate.
An understanding of working within budgets.
Ability to adapt quickly to project and program changes.
