We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Onboarding & Enablement professional to join our global onboarding team to delivery our Bootcamp programs with a special emphasis on our Solution Engineering community. This position requires constant collaboration with both SE & Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams to continue to build, drive and deliver the SE Bootcamp program. This role is responsible for creating relevant, valuable and engaging content to deliver impactful and innovative experiences for our new hires from Day 1 of their learning journey; this includes Bootcamp Pre-work and the live Bootcamp program.

The ideal candidate is passionate about accelerating the success of our sales and solution engineering teams. Bootcamp is one of the most highly visible programs across the company.   • Works closely with the entire Bootcamp Delivery team as well as independently to plan, deliver, manage, and constantly iterate upon the various Bootcamp sessions.

  • Builds trust and credibility with both SE & Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Enablement to deliver high quality, impactful experiences that drive engagement, learning, and partnership.

  • Inspires and educates our solution engineering new hires, integrating the building blocks for their role-specific learning path.

  • Recruits and coaches line-of-business facilitators to ensure that all facilitators are qualified and continuously improve their sessions.

  • Runs a metrics-focused program. Communicates consistent metric updates to all speakers and program stakeholders.

  • Collaborates to react quickly to any decrease in metrics, putting a plan into place with speakers/stakeholders to make immediate improvements.

  • Identifies areas of confusion for the class and connects the dots between the bootcamp audience and our expert speakers. High aptitude for reading the room, working with audiences of varied experiences and language capabilities and adjusting sessions on the fly, if necessary.

  • Creates experiential exercises to drive high level of interactivity and retainment.

  • Stays up-to-date with the latest innovations in the field of learning and incorporate into the program.

  • Acts as a liaison between new hires, their managers, and field coaches, as well as their respective communities, helping to facilitate mentoring, networking, and collaboration.


  • Solid understanding of the Solution Engineering business and experience in the role

  • Minimum of 10 years SaaS sales experience or minimum of 5+ years of sales enablement and/or consulting experience

  • Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles and sales process

  • Functional knowledge of CRM

  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments

  • Proven track record of working with and influencing solution engineering/sales reps and executives

  • Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training

  • Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevancy to clients’ businesses

  • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
