Essentials is looking to expand our website team with an ambitious team member who is analytical, driven, energetic, and resourceful. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an agency and/or internal creative department with a primary focus on digital where high quality results are required.
You will play an integral role in leading experiments on our digital properties, analyzing results and making recommendations that will ultimately drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Diving deep into our digital and web data to uncover insights and make recommendations that will influence the company’s strategic decisions.
Monitoring performance KPIs for online marketing activities and changes in trends, share insights and making actionable recommendations to the marketing team
Integrating disparate data sources to form a cohesive picture around the performance of marketing programs
Effectively utilizing both quantitative and qualitative techniques on ROI-modeling, consumer profiling/predictive modeling, segmentation and offer conversion optimization
Collaborating with key stakeholders on how to best leverage analytics to construct dashboards and reporting mechanisms in order to inform better business decisions and optimization recommendations
Designing, developing, and launching new reports and dashboards according to business requirements
Understanding business users’ needs, and translating them to technical requirements for web analytics implementation
Helping to manage and support all aspects of our web analytics implementation, including tracking parameter, tagging documentation, tool configuration, and user administration
Collaborating with our engineering teams to ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency of collected data across web and other platforms
Working collaboratively across the digital, creative, marketing, and other business groups to lead the charge on developing and enhancing data-driven approaches to customer engagement through rigorous experimentation
Assisting with the strategy, planning, execution and analysis of ongoing website conversion, digital advertising and email campaign management optimization through various forms of testing
Supporting ad-hoc marketing insights requests for stakeholders
Working with a strong sense of urgency and commitment, seeking to drive efficiency through process improvement and focus on core deliverables
We’re looking for a talented Experimentation Lead and Analyst with strong experience, which usually includes:
Bachelor's Degree in a business, economics, finance or technical discipline
4-6 years of web analytics experience, agency and/or client side preferably experience with enterprise consumer-facing web site (supporting testing & optimization, marketing, etc.)
Deep experience in web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics Suite and/or Google Analytics 360 Suite preferred, experience working with granular web clickstream data is a plus
Proficient in testing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Full Story and Google Optimize
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation Software
Strong knowledge of current best practices and standards to provide direction to web site developers/producers on tagging and tracking parameter methods
Proficient with programming languages (SQL) and stats packages (e.g. python, R)
User research experience including conducting interviews, running card sorts, tree tests, etc.
Experience with accessibility standards and their respective implementations is a plus
Excellent presentation skills and presence. Must be comfortable presenting to key stakeholders including senior level executives.
