At MuleSoft, our world class Product Marketers drive go-to-market strategy by identifying repeatable sales plays and delivering supporting integrated marketing campaigns. We develop product messaging, campaigns, events and sales enablement. We create and tell inspirational stories bridging business and technology narratives. We measure our success by our ability to create pipeline and accelerate deals to closure through these marketing strategies.

As part of this mission, we are building Salesforce specific solutions for Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce and Platform. This role will focus on these joint GTM sales plays and marketed solutions. As a Director on the MuleSoft Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and owning the awareness strategy to drive cross-channel and cross-field enablement of MuleSoft into the Salesforce ecosystem. Acting as an internal champion and evangelist for MuleSoft, and working in partnership with Sales Strategy and Sales Enablement, you will ensure that the Salesforce Field teams have understood and internalized MuleSoft’s messaging and key sales plays. You will find ways to deliver compelling content assets to better help Salesforce’s Distribution teams understand how MuleSoft can help them over-achieve on their sales goals.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 6-10+ years of experience in product marketing at a high tech company, or similar. MBA a plus, but not required.

  • Strategic vision to articulate enablement strategy, and the “do-what-it-takes” mindset to lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.

  • Understanding of the enterprise software sales motion and how to leverage product and messaging enablement to drive improvements in salesforce productivity

  • Creative thinker with ability to make enablement fun, engaging and experiential in the virtual and in-person setting

  • Strong communicator and seasoned public speaker, with experience presenting to audiences of 200+
