Members of the Proof of Concept team are consultative, collaboration thought leaders; hungry for that new challenge.The RoleAs a Success Manager on the Commercial team you will inspire a strategic portfolio on a new way of working. This role is based in San Francisco, CA and may require 25% travel.Your job is part Quip consultant, program manager, and collaboration coach. We take a multi-disciplinary approach to end user success and can naturally communicate with C-level executives, and your cross-functional partners. With a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, approximately 60% of your time will be spent aligned to strategic account teams, and 40% of your time will be dedicated to new program creation and execution.A strong candidate will be proactive about problem solving, unafraid to ask questions and seek out answers, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment where one is responsible for design, execution and analysis. And as a customer advocate, you are deeply empathetic about others.Requirements & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success or a customer-facing role.

  • Strategic, analytical, naturally curious and can drive solutions from idea through execution.

  • An effective oral and written communicator who is comfortable navigating C-level conversations.

  • A diplomatic team player who is self sufficient and poised under pressure.

  • Adept at managing competing priorities.

  • Empathetic, and able to build trusting internal and external relationships.

Preferred

  • Experience in user onboarding and analytics.

  • Experience working in Enterprise SaaS.

  • Bachelor's degree.
