The Cloud Practices Analyst works within the Cloud Practices team to support the three key pillars of their respective Cloud Practice, specifically: Product Alignment, Development of Success Programs, and Enablement of Success Managers and Success Specialists on the Cloud Practices’ respective Success Programs. The Cloud Practices Analyst does this by contributing in any number of activities including but not limited too working on special projects, monitoring Chatter Forums, performing data analysis, and developing presentations.

Key Accountabilities (Impact)

  • Maintain/update the Cloud Practice Hub Site with the latest enablement materials, release notes, and other relevant MC Practice information

  • Monitor the communication traffic on the Cloud Hub Chatter Group

  • Manage the development, tracking, and publishing of enablement materials

  • Coordinate and moderate webinars and other learning events

  • Own stakeholder communication around new enablement materials/learning sessions, release readiness, and other events

  • Own Cloud Practice Accelerator administrative tasks, including account provisioning and impersonation access for the Success Specialist Community

  • Maintain and update Cloud Practice dashboards

  • Publish weekly and monthly newsletters

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the Cloud Practice to ensure strong cross-group collaboration

Basic Requirements

  • 4 Year College Degree

  • Entrepreneurial, “get it done” attitude

  • Working knowledge of Cloud Collaboration Tools such as Google Office, Quip, Salesforce

  • Collaborative mindset

  • Highly Organized

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

  • Ability to work with Remote Teams
