As the Team Lead, you will be the go to person to help implement, promote and set the standard on how we do business process innovation

In this role, you’ll promote and demonstrate how to use our problem solving methodology, authentically communicate the benefits and application of the tools. This multifaceted role demands interaction with a variety of stakeholders from VPs to individual contributors. You will be an active Coach on projects as well as building out our project management program. To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for details, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and enjoy a fast-moving organization. You’ll possess a natural collaborative nature while maintaining a logical outlook for project execution. You have a track record of building teams, being an excellent facilitator and people trust you.

As the Business Process Improvement Program Manager (BPI Team Lead), you will be responsible for program managing the continuous improvement initiative inside our finance & operations department. You will help develop, deliver and communicate the program to the entire finance & operations team globally. Initially, you will work to create the project management standard and partner to ensure it's success.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Passionately manage the BPI program which includes coaching project leaders, enhancing the program initiatives to meet our changing needs

  • Be the BPI tools expert

  • Build out project management process and work to standardize our templates

  • Responsible for adherence to our methodology and toolkit

  • Serve as change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing business process improvement initiatives using a variety of tools

  • Conduct regular project reviews with leaders for progress, status and issues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, last minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude

  • Strong detail orientation with proven ability to work quickly without compromising quality

  • Demonstrated the ability to resolve problems and present appropriate business solutions and recommendations; ability to make quality, independent decisions

You must be able to

  • Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations

  • Help build a project management program

  • Track milestones and tasks with assigned teams

  • Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives

  • Provide timely status reports; introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks

  • Facilitate team discussions and resolve conflict

  • Communicate timelines and approval framework for cross team understanding

  • Orchestrate the efforts of cross functional teams to execute on strategic launches, awareness campaigns and events to ensure all stakeholders are updated

  • Identify, develop, and roll-out new processes when appropriate

  • Develop new tools to automate or streamline processes
