We are looking for a talented individual who can bring their graphic design experience and creativity to innovate and create Salesforce.org’s brand with us in the market. This full time position will be responsible for producing guidelines, new logos and brand architectures as well as master templates, brand design experiences, and our overall look and feel that resonate with our voice, message and brand position.
As part of our Global Brand and Communications team, you’ll work with stakeholders across the organization to strategize, ideate and conceive deliverables branding design templates, presentations, logos, brand campaign concepts, and other brand marketing and advertising materials.
You’ll collaborate closely with our senior leaders as well as our content creative team to understand our overall strategy and brand, and will be a trusted creative partner to various internal teams including Impact and Philanthropy teams as we take their messages to market. Your design work will support a number of business functions, through storytelling, engaging our community at events, creating consistency in our customers brand experience.
The ideal candidate has a mind for design, an eye for detail, and a high degree of technical skill with the latest design tools and programs. You must be collaborative, take direction well and have the ability to manage all aspects of a project from idea to delivery.
This is a great role for someone that wants to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of brand experience projects, building their portfolio as a creative expert, and (most exciting) playing a role on a passionate team of storytellers who are focussed on social impact.
Craft and execute to create a brand vision, experience and model for Salesforce.org. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, from peers on the marketing team and Salesforce teams as well as external vendors and customers
Work with Brand Studios lead to design and develop multi-media brand experiences across Salesforce.org initiatives and events
Create design that inspires storytelling and echoes the voice, tone and position of our brand as the social impact center of Salesforce.
Participate in the creative process for branding, naming, and messaging for our overall brand architecture including new products and features.
Develop templates that enable consistent use of one look and feel throughout the organization
Develop brand campaign identity and storytelling style and visual experience
Coordinate with third-party vendors, particularly agencies that will support brand asset development
Design advertising and infographics that relate to thought leadership content and trends that position the brand for the sector.
Experience and Skills
3+ years experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases diverse styles and forms of content, especially within the realm of layout and composition
Well-versed with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (bonus points for other apps in the Adobe Suite)
Expert with PowerPoint, with proven experience crafting amazing presentations (bonus points for Apple Keynote and Google Slides skills)
Familiar and comfortable with all Microsoft Office and Google G Suite products
Experience with brand architecture designs
Experience with multimedia projects
Ability to generate multiple and distinct design concepts based on project requirements
Ability to develop collateral material and new assets from a key visual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
