Job Details:

Salesforce is seeking to hire an Analyst to join our Risk, Security and Compliance Operations (RSC Ops) Systems & Data Analytics Team located out of our HQ offices in San Francisco or Atlanta. The RSC Ops Systems & Data Analytics team is responsible for charting out the strategy and implementation of all internal & external facing user applications that are used by RSC business partners.

Job Functions:

As a true team player on the RSC Ops System & Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for the following in this role:

  • Work cross-functionally to understand requirements from a variety of teams operating in distinctly different subject matter areas encompassing audit, compliance, physical security, and risk management functions

  • Partner with these teams to identify and deliver solutions according to defined timelines

  • Gather, articulate and document functional specifications for net new capabilities

  • Produce content iteratively in the medium appropriate for the solution (process flows, spreadsheets, slide decks, web pages, etc.)

  • Provide functional support during technology upgrades/implementations and support the change management activities by organizing User Acceptance Testing, authoring release communications, and creating training materials

  • Support data management maturity, business systems architecture review and automation/robotics roadmap creation

  • Report on program execution status, key accomplishments, and risks to RSC senior management and business partners

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Data Analytics, Systems Design and Process Improvement is a must

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience with a computer programming background preferred

  • A clear grasp on technology and critical thinking skills by identifying and solving day-to-day challenges with a solution or outcome-based approach

  • Knowledge of writing Requirements Documents, Functional Specs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, Test Cases and assistance with backlog grooming of ongoing initiatives using agile development methodology as with familiarity with business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, test planning and UAT execution

  • Excellent change management skills including communication, testing, training and business system and process transformation

  • A plus if you have prior experience in risk, audit, security, compliance, and/or regulatory environments related to security and privacy standards across industries and geographies, such as SOX, PCI, ISO, SOC, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP and financial services

This role reports to the Manager of RSC Operations, Systems & Data.
