This individual will partner closely with the Director of Corporate Customer Engagement & Marketing as well as with customer marketing leads across our top industries, to create, implement and enhance integrated customer marketing strategies, tools and programs.The ideal candidate prides himself/herself on excellent organization and flawless execution. This individual will develop a deep understanding of our corporate customer marketing programs and work cross-functionally to identify and deliver impactful program management tools and resources to support the business.Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner with industry customer marketing leads to deliver industry-specific customer marketing strategies & metrics

  • Support corporate campaigns and customer marketing programs with timely, relevant customer success stories

  • Support the development of customer presentations working with internal team members

  • Support the development of qualifying customer stories to leverage in various marketing initiatives

  • Support the team with ongoing customer marketing program logistics & activities (i.e. events, stories, photoshoots, etc.)

  • Support the team by tracking and reporting on key success metrics for various customer marketing programs

  • Drive consistency and transparency across all customer marketing strategies and programs

Required Skills / Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management and marketing

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong creative and relationship-building skills

  • Strong communication skills, oral and written

  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

  • Ability to think strategically and demonstrate attention to detail

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day program

  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, start-up environment

  • Passion for customer success and interest in future customer marketing career opportunities

  • Experience in developing innovative, beautiful and compelling PowerPoint presentations

  • Passion for software-as-a-service, platform-as-a-service and disruptive thinking
