We are looking to hire an AA or EA at Salesforce who will be responsible for supporting the VP, Association General Counsel, Global Labor & Employment and VP, Associate General Counsel, Global Ethics & Integrity as well as other legal team members on those teams. The position is based in our San Francisco Headquarters. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, ability to manage internal and external relationships, ability to work with senior executives, ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information, creativity, and superb communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a go-getter to advance his or her career. The positions will include both administrative and paralegal- type responsibilities.

Responsibilities:Provide administrative and operational support for Legal Department members

Key tasks include:

  • Daily administrative support to both VPs

  • Complex calendaring and scheduling with attention to detail, using GCal

  • Coordinating travel schedules for both VPs

  • Expense reporting and management of vendor invoices and budgets

  • Word processing and proofreading of legal agreements, documents and correspondence

  • Assisting on various legal tasks, including legal research and organization

  • Prepare slide presentations and detailed reports

  • Events planning and coordination

  • Provide support for leadership on lunch meetings, department all- hands and offsite events

  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines

  • Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines

Required Skills:

  • Incredibly bright, high-energy individual, with a passion to learn and contribute

  • Strong Communication skills-Both oral and written

  • Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs

  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges

  • Strong Word, Excel/Google Sheets (including building pivot tables and filtering data), PowerPoint/Google Slides skills

  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders

  • Minimum 2 years admin support on a legal team

  • Bachelor's Degree

Desired Skills:

  • Previous technology industry experience

  • Previous paralegal experience

  • Additional languages
