Senior Field Sales Account Executive, Non-ProfitLocation: Paris, France
We are seeking driven Account Executives with knowledge of technology and business-to-business sales and account management experience. You will be selling our entire portfolio of products to non-profit organizations. The Account Executive is a quota-carrying sales performer who is looking to focus their skills to drive the effective use of technology for social benefit. Additionally, this role is responsible for the acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory.
If you have a passion for technology and an interest in how it can facilitate positive social change, combined with large organization/enterprise technology sales experience, we want to talk with you.
Development, execution and continuous improvement of a strategic sales plan to effectively and expertly cover the accounts within the assigned territory.
Handle lead qualification and conversion from interested Salesforce.org eligible non-profit organizations.
Energetically prospect and generate new relationships within the assigned accounts.
Consulting with and advising large Salesforce customers resulting in increased adoption, success enterprise-wide deployments, and increased annual revenue.
Some travel, as required, to prospects, customers or marketing events (<40% travel).
What It Takes:
Fluency in French and English.
A strong technology sales experience (preferably 8+ years in Software or Business Applications)
5+ years of experience with non-profit organizations, and a real passion for Non-Profit work.
Detailed knowledge of and a real passion for SaaS applications (hands-on experience with Salesforce and AppExchange offerings preferred).
Strong social and presentation skills.
Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, team environment.
Bachelors Degree with additional education highly preferred.
