We’re here to help; visit us at Salesforce.org.As a Regional Vice President Sales (RVP) for NGO, Charities and Nonprofits in Southern Europe for Salesforce.org (“quarterbacks” of the customer relationship. We are seeking an experienced, quota carrying Sales Leader who is looking to focus their skills to drive the effective use of technology for social benefit. If you have a passion for technology and an interest in how it can facilitate positive social change, combined with large organization/enterprise technology sales and leadership experience, we want to talk with you.The RVP Sales will be responsible for setting and executing Salesforce.org’s sales plan for Southern Europe for the Nonprofit Charity sector. This executive will assume leadership of a growing sales organization, to help drive large, medium and small enterprise deals, in addition to complex solutions across all segments. You will be the Regional Lead, ensuring strong connections within the Salesforce ecosystem.Responsibilities:
Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition plan to generate 40%+ annual growth in bookings for the region.
Maintain key customer relationships as well as develop and implement plans for expanding the customer base.
Conducts weekly forecast meetings. Coaches direct reports in setting up high performance teams across all segments.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team, and tracks the results.
Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels. Work with cross-functional team.
Support direct reports and individual Account Executives by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.
Ongoing development of sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, training and coaching.
1st line management and leadership experience leading teams in all segments; Enterprise, Mid-Market and Small-Medium Business.
Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing sales organization.
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
8+ years in software and/or applications sales (ideally in a CRM, ERP and/or B2B SW company).
Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and reference-able customers.
Experience selling into the Nonprofit market segments.
C-suite level presence, excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proven success working within a matrix organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-based environments. Highly collaborative and curious with a strong ability to learn and change often and quickly.
Outstanding leadership qualities, a self-starter attitude and the ability to welcome, receive and action on feedback for continuous improvement.
Strong operational and analytical abilities.
Strategic enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple enterprise software offerings and complex solutions.
Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment.
Solid understanding of business value based selling.
Salesforce experience is preferred.
Experience selling cloud based enterprise applications is strongly preferred.
Bachelor degree preferred.
Fluency in French and English.
