In a nutshellYou will be passionate about creating trailblazer organisations fit for the digital age and have an understanding of the behavioural, business model and technological changes that are required to transform.A team player, you will be able to seamlessly integrate into a number of live scenarios with customers from different industries and be the evangelist for creating, improving and advising on business experimentation.You will be excited by tackling a number of high-paced challenges simultaneously, contribute to thought leadership and drive consulting method in this area; assuming responsibility for a team of aligned architects.We would like you to:

  • coach teams and management towards improving Agile process and metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, developers, and testers.

What you will doYou will have a packed and varied agenda covering thought leadership, method development, team development and most importantly advising our customer ohana. In this role you will be a leader within our strategic consulting community alongside other specialist communities where collaboration is paramount. Broadly speaking you will:

  • spend 60% of time engaging with customers in an advisory capacity

  • spend 20% of time developing thought leadership and consulting method

  • spend 20% of time on supporting eminence, team leadership and go to market activities

  • be able to transcend business, technology and experience

  • lead discovery, advisory and strategy activities

Experience and skills

Ideally you will bring the following skills and experiences to the role:

  • strong experience in incorporating modern engineering practices to deliver enterprise scale services or software products

  • extensive agile coaching experience at an enterprise level

  • expertise in helping create the case for change and driving the adoption of new practices

  • Senior Agile Leadership skills with an ability to lead by example and challenge command and control behaviors

  • a solid demonstrable understanding of broader digital transformation advisory

  • strong experience in a broad range of agile and scaling frameworks

  • experience in setting up, coaching and correcting business agility curriculums

  • ability to credibly engage technology and business executives

  • experience in creating thought leadership around agile and engineering practice

  • history of presenting your experience at industry events

  • broad understanding of current and latest methodologies and trends
