Salesforce is looking for talented, hardworking individuals with great energy, leadership and initiative to drive market success for the fastest growing Salesforce application: Field Service Lightning (FSL).

As an AE (Field Service Lightning) you will be part of an EMEA Team. You will formulate and execute a Field Service Lightning sales strategy for Germany, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base and developing new customers and use cases in the enterprise space. You will focus on identifying, structuring, leading and closing large deals teaming closely with your counterparts in Service Cloud Sales and account owning Core Sales.

You will carry the total FSL country quota.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for FSL in existing Salesforce Customer base as well as new prospects throughout all industries

  • Create new leads from systematical prospecting- Trusted advisor for transformation in Field Service to our Customers and Prospects

  • Refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques mainly in large opportunities- Leverage business from new & established relationships.- Strategise, negotiate & close business typically on VP and CxO level- Evangelise the radical transformation in field service in customer meetings, on fairs or events- Accelerate growth of our already fastest growing solution

Required Skills:

  • Extensive background in Field Service applications and/or operational Field Service Management- Strong track record of successful selling Field Service solutions into the Market / alternatively implementing comprehensive Field Service transformation in a multinational enterprise-

    Proven understanding of Service Business, Service Operations as well as buyer's profiles

  • Industry understanding preferably in Manufacturing, Utilities or Telecommunications-

    Great communicator in fluent German & English is an absolute must plus a mature personality

  • Strong analytic and task solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.- Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.- Degree educated.
