The Head of EMEA Executive Engagement manages a highly motivated marketing team across EMEA, accelerating Salesforce's growth by building programs to win the hearts and minds of CEOs & Boards and the wider CXO community. These programs and content make it easy for Salesforce to engage and recruit target C-level leaders onto a seamless learning journey that inspires and provides them with their own vision and execution strategy for their customers, leveraging the best of Salesforce. The Executive Engagement team is focused on building C-level relationships across Salesforce's most strategic customer executives. Our programs include the creation and execution of Executive Experiences at our world class events, Customer Advisory Boards, Thought Leadership dinners, and roundtables.

This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills and the ability to communicate to business-critical organizations within Salesforce to ensure the success of the program in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building trusted relationships, collaborating across Salesforce, thinking strategically about executive engagement. This person excels in a fast pace, high engagement environment and is looking for the opportunity to challenge the status quo and elevate the impact we have with both our customers and our company.

Key responsibilities include

* Establish trusted relationships with the various stakeholders across the different countries and regions you will work with, including Sales account teams, Salesforce executive stakeholders and customer executives to understand CxO priorities and challenges across key customers and prospects. * Driving a high value, high touch program of engagement with CEOs, CXOs and senior executives from across Salesforce customers and prospective customers. * Ability to effectively lead a team of senior marketing people. * Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and trends in business and technology, thinking about ways to tie them into the work that we do. * Understand regional Go-To-Market strategies and priorities * Partnering and collaborating tightly with cross-functional marketing teams in order to build integrated go-to-market plans. * Identifying opportunities to experiment in order to continuously evolve and improve program impact. * Measure and report on marketing program effectiveness and develop ways to learn from experiments to constantly improve.

Required Skills/Experience

* 8-10+ years in a field marketing role, preferred across EMEA, with proven success. * Great interpersonal skills with an ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence * Intercultural competencies and experience * Strong executive presence and desire to continually improve communication and execution abilities. * Well organized, with an ability to effectively track and manage processes and engagements. * Deep understanding of the Salesforce vision and strategy; desire to continually learn and stay abreast of latest company priorities and innovations. * Positive personality, a team-player, go-getter with can do attitude and cross-functional finesse. * Robust Salesforce network a plus.
