Account Executive, Service CloudIndustries are being disrupted and customer experience is the new battleground where brands are being built and differentiation is being defined.This Account Executive role requires a sales professional who understands the market shift to and economic benefits of cloud based business applications with a focus on Customer Experience and Customer Service solutions and has the ability to communicate business value across the customer organisation including C-level.This individual will have a proven track record of business application sales in medium to enterprise accounts. It will suit someone who takes a strategic approach to business growth, and can operate at both spectrums including the C-level of large organisations as well as leaders of mid market organsitions. On top of your own business development we provide a range of support functions, from internal sales support to highly skilled pre-sales solution engineers.Responsibilities:• Serve as a subject matter expert in customer experience transformation and broad customer service solutions including, contact centres, field service and self service customer communities• Engage in strategic account planning with core account execs and account teams• Generate and develop Pipeline for Salesforce's Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Field Service solutions• Run discovery meetings, define ROI and articulate business value to customers• Drive key opportunities across the ANZ region, leading and co-selling with an extended sales team Minimum Qualifications & Experience:• 5 years experience in direct enterprise level sales (not Channel or Partner based) and minimum of 7 years software application sales.• Selling experience into medium and enterprise organisations.• CRM background (with domain expertise in customer service / customer experience preferred)• Consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals.• Experience of sales to C level business leaders as well as IT.• Experience coordinating multi-team selling engagements.• Strong understanding of sales process & opportunity management.Preferred Experience:• Bachelors Degree• Track record working in an extended sales team and executing a go-to-market strategy• Experience driving deep discovery with customers and articulating business value and benefits• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment Salesforce.com is the global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
