Our Enterprise Financial Services Business for the UKI market currently serves its customers out of London. This role will focus on leading a team of Strategic Account Directors that focus on driving cross line of business transformational project within our largest Corporate Banking Customers.
You will have proven experience developing highly visible enterprise accounts from 10-20-50M+ in Annual Current Revenue. You will have exposure, gravitas working at C -Board Level whilst having the smarts to interact, strategize with ELT, Salesforce CEO’s.
Given the vast majority of our customers are UK based, customer-facing travel is essential and a main priority of day to day activities. You will form part of a team that is highly independent, enjoys client facing interactions across multiple locations and has a deep understanding of account planning at a strategic level.Role Description:
We are looking for a Talented Regional Vice President- Strategic Accounts Leader to play a key role, leading highly visible and motivated client executives in our expanding sales operation in London that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas.

You'll be a valuable contributor to the Enterprise Sales strategy in UK Enterprise, whilst providing definition and implementation of the plan for EMEA Sales to achieve corporate objectives.Your Impact:
We are looking to hire someone who will have responsibility for managing a strategic sales team in our UK market enterprise team within our expanding EMEA operation.
Supporting Client Executives by participating and leading in strategic client meetings whilst engaging other corporate resources as required.- Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties
Maturing our approach to market in regards to our industry specific solution, the Financial Services Cloud - Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective strategic accounts with leadership and IC’s- Coach and professionally develop Client Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification.- Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast- Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team- Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory- Identify hiring and competency / skills gaps in Sales team
Basic Requirements:- Strong demonstrated and proven software sales experience within the Banking Industry - Demonstrated people management experience of a sales team - Solid understanding of what we at salesforce.com do- Bachelor’s degree qualified is preferable, but not essential - Ability to travel EMEA wide Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way.
