Salesforce is looking for a dynamic, creative and collaborative Product Marketing leader to help differentiate and grow our Service Cloud portfolio performance across EMEA .Our EMEA Product Marketing team deliver impact within the Cloud products they specialise in and the messaging they deliver. This unique opportunity places you at the heart of product performance at Salesforce. You will help define EMEA positioning and go-to-market for Salesforce's Service Cloud solutions. You will support awareness growth, partner with sales & marketing to exceed pipe-gen & ACV targets, enable our sales teams boost productivity & develop insights into our customer's long term needs.This role is crucial to ensuring that an inspiring and compelling product value proposition is delivered crisply and consistently to target customers across multiple channels, events and enablement opportunities. This role will also ensure the go-to-market efforts are collaborative and connected to the overall EMEA business plan. You will be a key partner to our cloud sales leadership team.Responsibilities
Operate as 'player-coach', owning positioning & go-to-market priorities for the Service Cloud Portfolio, reporting into the EMEA VP of Product Marketing.
Partner with leaders across the business (e.g. HQ Product Marketing, sales, cloud sales, marketing, sales programs) to translate EMEA's business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio of offerings within the Service family into a cohesive go-to-market plan
Manage the Service PMM team focussed on becoming subject matter experts, supporting demand creation, enabling sales and building insights. Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to guide the team in its day-to-day activities. Manage external agencies and operational budget as required.
Understand target buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape
Partner with Marketing to build a go-to-market plan to support and grow the Service portfolio; prioritising and aligning target audiences, developing effective messaging and adapting or building content as required
Create a Service product enablement plan and oversee marketing contributions to drive sales’ adoption of the portfolio
Support acceleration and closing of deals through product presentations in Executive Briefing meetings, Trade-shows and Sales meetings
Oversee launch planning for new offerings
Provide insight and support to HQ Product Marketing & Product leadership to inform the identification and development of new offerings (products, solutions or services)
Work with Salesforce customers and partners to showcase their innovative use of product technologies through events, case studies and video
Manage the hiring, development and retention of PMM marketing talent
Strong business acumen including expertise in go-to-market strategy for a market leading product.
Ideally knowledge of, or experience in SaaS and/or B2B
Understanding of key industries and market segments relevant to salesforce
Ability to navigate culture and senior stakeholders across multiple functions & to establish buy-in for go-to-market priorities. Strong interpersonal skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitudegeos
People management, including the ability to build and grow a team and work with diverse skill sets and backgrounds
Strong administrative and management skills, including the ability to prioritise multiple projects, programs and objectives
A bias for action and a comfort with numbers: ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Critical thinking and capacity for original thought
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills: The confidence and ability to inspire a room of 3 or a hall of 2,000 through stellar public speaking and 1:1 persuasive storytelling skills
Bonus if you have multi-lingual skills (English, French, German)
