MapAnything’s Solutions Engineers are the go-to technical product experts when it’s time to demonstrate how our products work to clients, more specifically, how they solve each customer’s unique business needs. AMER Solution Engineers (SE) leverage their superb MapAnything and Salesforce product knowledge to assist Account Executives in converting interested potential customers into long-standing clients. Whether presenting in-person to a Fortune 500 company’s board or over-the-web to a newly emerging corporation, our SE’s come prepared to answer all technical questions. The ideal individual will be proactive, a great collaborator, passionate and a proven individual and team contributor.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand each customer’s unique sales goals and execute tailored in-person product presentations and/or web demonstrations of MapAnything’s software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers of enterprise clients

  • Partner with Account Executives to position MapAnything’s applications as the ideal product to solve the customer’s complex business challenges during product demonstrations and technical deep-dive calls

  • Establish technical credibility and professional rapport with client account stakeholders

  • Become an expert in all MapAnything applications while maintaining a very high proficiency on the Salesforce platform

  • Routinely engage with sales and product development teams to provide product and client feedback and identify opportunities to further improve our products, sales/implementation processes, and overall customer experience

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and utilize Salesforce internal resources (Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, etc.) to build MapAnything brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close enterprise business deals

  • Provide relevant coaching and development to the team(s) to ensure continuous overall improvement in all related metrics

What “Leads” To Success:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related industry

  • Prior experience using Salesforce as a power user or admin to serve our national customers

  • Previous experience working with enterprise-level clients in a sales engineering solution engineering or consulting capacity

  • Excellent speaking and presentations skills and experience both in-person and over-the-web

  • Superb writing skills and experience with both internal and external communications

  • Successful Individuals are self-starters with a ”go-getter” skillset, can work autonomously, own their results, and have the ability to manage their time responsibly

  • Creative mindset and the ability to think “outside of the box” with a desire to develop solutions for enterprise-level customers

  • Business acumen with experience transforming business process to attain business goals of our customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Developer, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud or App Builder)
