The Role

  • This is senior quota carrying role

  • Build a trusted peer relationship with Google's European Leadership

  • Understand and be able to articulate, to all relevant audiences, the nature and facets of our partnership

  • Be the goto person for details on the technology solutions for the EMEA field teams

  • Be the point of knowledge on our partnership and ensure it's understood to relevant Salesforce teams

  • Engage sales teams on both sides around strategic joint accounts

  • Agree a GTM plan with clear success metrics

  • Act as an advocate for the alliance with Google and Salesforce

  • Present plans and progress with the Salesforce Executive Leadership Team (ELT) when asked

  • Leverage all the Salesforce resource needed to ensure customer success

  • Build and manage the pipeline with the partners

  • Work closely with the US teams to ensure consistency and help our propositions develop worldwide

REQUIRED EXPERIENCEYou will have experience in the full Salesforce Customer Success Platform.Have experience of driving tangible value through partnerships at a senior level. You will have exceptional communication, strategic, analytical, influencing, and consulting skills, as well as a track record of building and leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams. You will have a strong understanding of the sales ecosystem; strategy, methods, cadence, reporting etc. and be proficient in producing accurate forecasts, and business plans while maintaining a focus on team development and growth.

Track record of delivering measurable results, regularly meeting or exceeding targets

Strong tolerance for ambiguity; ability to focus and execute in a rapidly changing environment, take charge and make things happen.

Self-starter , with strong work ethic and personal drive and character qualities that match with company core values and inspires others to follow and act

Superior ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

Willingness to travel on as-needed basis.

Location can be London, Paris, Amsterdam or MunichYou will be degree educated with excellent business/professional English communication skills.
