About the Role:

The role of the Content Evangelist is to support Executive Briefing Center meetings and events by delivering amazing executive customer experiences at our London EBC. The candidate works closely with the EBC team, our System Engineers and Product Marketing defining the Executive Briefing Centre content strategy over short and long term.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Executive Briefing Centre Content Playbook.

  • Maintain, Grow & Improve our library of standard content.

  • Support briefing agendas with latest approved content.

  • Be custodian for presentation content quality and consistency.

  • Deliver standard content as required. Feedback and create new content as required.

  • Assist with tailored content sourcing & delivery. Work closely with sales and industry teams to support EBC agendas and customer leave behinds.

  • Co-ordinates and ensures consistency in message and quality.

  • Co-ordinates custom content delivery and supports sales teams to deliver custom content.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Sales/Customer-facing experience

  • Strong background delivering customer success

  • Familiarity in using the Salesforce application and exposure to the executive briefing process

  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction & attention to detail

  • General computer skills required with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
