The Automated Marketing Business Leader will be responsible for the execution of the Pardot go-to-market strategy and coordinating all elements of an integrated, regional marketing program, including brand awareness and solution campaigns, events and digital marketing to accelerate pipeline for our sales teams across EMEA
This executive will lead a growing sales organisation of RVPs and AE’s across EMEA to generate 30%+ annual growth in revenue and bookings
Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base through networking, CMO panels, PR and events
Successfully steer organisations to success using Pardot and have a clear view on the stakeholders and sponsors needed to ensure adoption
Develop and execute customer-driven, prioritised campaigns to increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact Pardot brand awareness and momentum across EMEA
Act as a spokesperson at Pardot and industry events and with the media industry analysts, partners, customers, and other key audiences for company positioning and messaging
Manage overall sales and marketing process, set appropriate metrics for funnel management
Continue growing and managing a team of high performers, developing the next generation of talent at Salesforce, and building a balanced team
Extensive marketing and leadership experience (ideally but not essentially in a B2B technology company)
Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools
A real evangelist, someone who is passionate about marketing and can energise people around them
Demonstrates a relentless focus on action and execution, constantly taking initiative and proactively looking for new opportunities to leverage marketing to advance Pardot's footprint
Ability to create and drive a compelling vision and strategy that garners support and enthusiasm across the team
