Being a team player is absolutely essential.Full detail about the positionWe’re seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant to become part of the EMEA services team to drive maximum value and ROI for our customers. The consultant will work with a portfolio of cross-industry customers on complex, global enterprise brands and work directly with them in developing and implementing cutting-edge data strategies that leverage our technology.In this consultative position, you'll advise customers on building impactful data strategies whilst guiding them to take maximum advantage of their data analytics capabilities. You'll also enable customers to make data-driven decisions through statistical analysis, data mining and modelling, and develop deep insight for our customers. You’ll also be customer facing and often running workshops and delivering large scale presentations to clients. Internally, you’ll work collaboratively with other Analytics Consultants, Marketing Consultants, Design Consultant, Account Directors, Project Managers and Technolgy teams to deliver maximum program success for clients.Responsibilities

+ + Create powerful data insight and stories for our clients leveraging multiple data streams

  • Advanced data mining

  • Development of innovative analytical models that drive actionable insight and ultimately customer value

  • Drive data-driven decisions to optimise one-to-one marketing campaign performance for our clients

  • Continually demonstrate value and innovation to clients through impactful thought leadership

  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive insight and solutions for optimising the client's customer experience

  • Client presentations and running workshops for middle management through to senior executives

  • Achieve weekly billable utilisation target

Requirements

+ + Minimum 5+ years experience in data analytics

  • 3+ years SQL experience is mandatory; fluency in other programming languages advantageous

  • Experience with a statistical package such as R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata etc.

  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik etc.

  • Experience using Python

  • Statistical background and experience; machine learning experience would be advantageous

  • Experience with large data sets and complex databases

  • Strong consulting skills and background required

  • Degree educated (business analytics, operational research, computer science, mathematics, statistics etc.), ideally with a related postgraduate qualification

  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing (Email, Mobile, Social, Web) and analytics within this context

  • Fantastic presentation skills: building engaging presentations, strong storytelling and effectively articulating your key message

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including onsite presentation experience to large groups and marketers
