Business Analyst/Product Configuration Specialist

The Global Sales Operations Strategy and Enablement team is responsible for all operational aspects of the Global Sales Operations group, including metrics, data analytics, process and project management, systems, communication and training, and policies. The primary responsibility of this role will be to deliver service for ExactTarget and Commerce Cloud business in a timely fashion, work with IT to automate and improve the process, and triage issues/escalations from Sales and Support for Salesforce customers pertaining to access to service. The role will report to the Manager of the Global SOPs Strategy and Enablement team within Revenue Operations. Salesforce is a fast-paced environment and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high-quality work.Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transactions via dashboards and reports in

  • Configure New Client accounts and enable functionality for customer consumption

  • Monitor automated upsells, renewals, and attrition and execute necessary corrections

  • Review contracts to ensure proper product packaging and bundling

  • Handle support escalations related to account configuration via case & email

  • Execute and Maintain Manual Entitlement Loads

  • Attention to Detail: # your favorite non-profit organization on your resume


  • Bachelors’ degree

  • Experience with Salesforce. Extensive experience not necessary, but some experience is recommended

  • less than 5 years relevant work experience

  • Detail oriented

  • Excellent Time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload, especially during high volume

  • Strong communication skills with focus on customer service

  • Technical aptitude for web based systems

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suit
