Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to support the Hyderabad Success Center, CSG(Customer Success Group) organization to help with data analytics, forecasting, reporting, responding to requests for data and in ensuring data integrity between multiple data-sets. This critical role will deliver the business analysis and reporting necessary for the organization to reach its goals and objectives. You will work directly with Leadership teams to understand and deliver key reporting and recommend enhancements to optimize visibility and results for the Success Center. The scope of the role will also include analysis, reporting, and creation of executive level presentations for our Weekly / Monthly / Unplanned Business reviews, as needed.As a part of Program Management team, the incumbent will also work on initiatives run from/by the VP, CSG office and thus will be a core team member in end-to-end execution of several events and projects - of both strategic and tactical nature. The responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and presenting executive reports and data analysis in a clear and concise manner

  • Analyzing business health and key performance indicators/metrics to proactively highlight any red flags

  • Build, maintain, update and optimize critical dashboards and assist in developing executive-level presentations providing concise analyses of critical statistics

  • Performing analysis to help guide business decision making. Understand trends in data and highlight this to management.

  • Develop executive briefings based on analyses. Assisting in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives.

  • Work on several organization-wide initiatives cutting across teams and shifts on employee management, development, engagement, and communications

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, all manager meetings, etc.

  • Effectively interface with employees from other groups within Salesforce and senior executives inside and outside the company.

  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Support business teams in across all regions - AMER / EMEA / APAC

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Have a Bachelors Degree with 4-6 years of experience in similar roles

  • Strong analytical skills. Adept at integrating disparate information, comfortable in working with large amounts of data.

  • Excel at extracting insights from data and devising how to effectively communicate to executive audiences

  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong teamwork skills, and a strong ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work effectively across a range of personalities.

  • Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs.

  • Experience in building and creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce platform.

  • Strong ability to distill data analysis, insight, and other key findings into executive level PowerPoint briefings.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.

  • Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision. Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information.
