The Salesforce India Developer Relations team, part of Team Trailhead, is on a mission to grow the Indian Salesforce Developer ecosystem to the next level and inspire Salesforce Developers to build apps customers love faster, smarter, and together on the Salesforce Customer Success Platform.
Role Description: We are looking for a passionate Program Manager to join our India Developer Relations team and help us take the Salesforce Developer ecosystem in India to the next level. The ideal candidate is an expert strategist and executer with a sharp focus on scale and collaboration.
Identify external developer audiences to recruit for the Salesforce platform
Organize and manage in-person events of various sizes and shapes
Explore opportunities to show case the Salesforce Developer brand at external developer conferences
Build relationships with partners and customers to support their developer needs
Build connections with the community and community leaders for scalable nurture programs
Build partnerships with strategic external organizations for developer recruitment opportunities
Manage and track net-new Salesforce Developer nurture journeys
Flexibility and effectiveness in collaborating with cross-timezone teams
Align with the Salesforce Ohana culture and values of trust, customer success, innovation, equality, integrity and accountability.
6+ years of experience in program/project management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic leadership skills
Exceptional skills in building relationships with stakeholders at various management levels
Understanding of developer communities and partner ecosystems
Experience in managing in-person events
Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and working on weekends occasionally during events
Passion to drive results and find growth opportunities
Experience in building a developer ecosystem
MBA from a reputed institution
Knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies
